They didn't have the Bagels I requested and called me to select replacements. They were extremely helpful and kind. As always, I enjoyed everything I received. the Strawberry Iced Fruit Sparkling Lemonade is an 11/10; fresh and not overly sweet. Bacon Egg & Cheese on an Onion Bagels, absolutely delicious. Everything very well made and freshly prepared. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible every time. Super consistent and you can tell the staff care about the product and customers. I always get the everything bagel with my Sausage Egg & Cheese. Today apparently they were out of them but I was still able to order it. They called me and explained and asked if there was another option I'd like and apologized for the inconvenience. Most places would have just thrown it on any bagel and sent it on its way.

The Yemen Mocha siphon/ Dutch Cold Brew is hands down our favorite. The Muffins are awesome too the slightest crunch on the outside and pillowy on the inside.

The Signature Croissant Sandwich was yummy, but the decription did not mention that it comes with arugula and tomato. It would be great to include that for people who may have allergies. The Muffins was burnt so I couldn't fully enjoy it.The Iced Caramel Latte 20 oz was fantastic, not too sweet and just what I needed.

Bacon Egg & Cheese on Jalapeno Cheddar bagel was 10/10. Bagels are always super soft, which I love. Iced Gourmet Tea 20 oz Passion is also amazing. Great brew and flavor. Highly recommend.
