I dont know where to start the FALAFEL SANDWICH was amazing you can tell ever was fresh and the CHICKEN SHAWARMA WRAP was good only thing was the flavor didnt give me shawarma vibes but it was good it also need something on it i ordered extra sa and a PALI SALAD which i added it to my wrap. ZAATAR FRIES was am and all the SAUCE SAMPLER (6-PACK) was am they were made fresh I reco trying this place

I was pretty excited to try Falafel, Inc. The reviews were good. The falafel and the hummus itself was good, but if you have texture issues, do not get the plant based...it has a chewy, fatty texture. Only one piece of pita comes with the hummus which is not enough, but the description doesn't tell you it's only one piece. My pita and fries were stone cold. I was excited that they offered a free falafel sandwich when you order $20+, so I did, knowing my son would LOVE the sandwich...GUESS what was missing from my order?? The free sandwich. I understand it was free, but I also would NOT have ordered over $20, if I had known I wasn't going to get the sandwich. I most likely won't order again.

My order was received without the ZAATAR FRIES, my FALAFEL SANDWICH was prepared wrong and the ZAATAR CHIPS & HUMMUS was over cooked and hard to bite into and chew. The hummus was fine.
Very disappointing to receive an order with so many issues. I would not order again.

the FALAFEL SANDWICH and BAKLAVA are worth every single penny! best bang for buck.
