I usually order from this location and the location in Aubrey on Windsong over there the dirty Boba is always lined around the cup and also there's caramelized pieces in it but when I order from the Carrollton location it's different. It's less sweet and less caramelized and I'm tired of getting it like this please stay consistent.

I've ordered from them many times and I've always appreciated the taste of their tea and balanced sweetness no matter what I order. Always a 10/10 for Feng Cha!
