La Fiamma Wood Fire Pizza is always a hit! I just recently dis the Burrata + Hot Honey Small Pizza and boy was I missing out! Seriously if you have not tried it just do it! I ordered the Green Salad Large this time because the small salad to-go was too small definitely not the same as in-person but the large is definitely giving and they even included extra dressing. One thing I will say is it can be hard to even order through here or to-go in general because if they start getting too long of a wait they will shut down ordering. I wish they would allow the customer decide if they want to wait instead of just cutting off but hey it has to be amazing if I'm telling you it's worth the wait! Another good pizza to try is the Potato and Gorgonzola with Fennel Sausage! This is one of the top places in Bellingham that my family and I love to eat! Enjoy!!!

For the price this pizza was incredibly lack luster. I wanted two, yes two different types of olives placed on it and what do I find when I open the box
A chincy portion of each, swathed by a sea of waaaay too much cheese. As if the chef merely casually pinched a fingertips worth of olives from each and called it good
And cycling back to the cheese, the moment I lifted a sliced away, the all that gooey messy immediately slid off the slice
WHAT THE BRICKS!!!
So here I am trying to scoop what was supposed to stay in place, back onto this wet piece of toasted bread and I'm having no success! All those efforts just resulted in the now reapplied toppings falling off again
OY!
And unfortunately, due to all this rigmarole, I can't in good conscience say that I really gathered anything from like a freshness of taste or something of that nature. What I can say is I wanted a spicy tomato sauce and to their credit yes, the sauce was spicy so there's one good note to complement them on
I honestly don't believe I'd order this type of pizza again. It's way too flimsy! This seems closely inspired by New York style pizza, but I know for a fact that even that type still retains its toppings when you fold the slice in half, and start consuming it
This this was just sad, and supremely disappointing

I've been to Fiamma pizza several times and whether im eating at the restaurant or ordering out, the experience is always 10/10. Service and food is always exceptional.

I had a specia order,half hawiian and half with carmalized onion, roasted tomatoes , roasted garlic, mushrooms. THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!!
