• 12/10/24The bread was soggy. The meat was pretty good but difficult to enjoy wrapped in soggy bread. And mayo does not belong on an Italian.it should have an Italian dressing or a vinegar and oil. The mayo really took away from what could have been a decent sandwich. Probably will not order from here again.

• 5/12/24I love food from firehouse subs. But they DON'T listen. Each time I make modifications to a sandwich, they don't follow instructions. This time, I asked for no onions, add peppers, add pepperjack cheese. I got onions, no peppers and no cheese at all! The sandwich originally comes with provolone! So disappointing.

• 10/08/26Forgot half my order on top of not following directions. Asked for no lettuce and tomato's. And they added it. Disappointed, will not order again.
