Pastrami had little meat, which was about 30% fat and tasteless. I ordered and paid for extra cheese; there was tiny glob of cheese in one corner.This wasn't worth a tenth of the exorbitant price. *LRG FRENCH FRIES were good, though.

The sandwich was over cooked or at least the cheese was burned and stuck to the paper and the meat was incredibly dry. I usually love firehouse but this was not very good. I'm not sure if it was just this location or a bad day but I didn't enjoy my usual go to sandwich

I haven't had Firehouse Subs for a while, but I remembered how good they were, and I wasn't disappointed. I had the Hook & Ladder® and it was great. Flavorful, not dry, and quite filling.

Hook & Ladder® This was the most fresh and beautifully made, yummmmmmyyyyy sub I've ever seen. It takes skill to not have it fall apart when you try to pick it up. No problems at all for me. Not soggy. Toasted to perfection as well. It's almost a shame to eat it 😞

The Hook and Hook & Ladder sandwich was good. And the medium sandwich was a full eight inches. I can make two meals from my sandwich.
