The sandwiches are always great. Need to take more care in filling the order. missing 2 bags of chips.

We had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ with one side lacking meat and the Firehouse Hero® with only 3 tiny pieces of brisket on the whole sandwich. The weird thing is the bread on the hero was cut but the meat wasn't. I don't know how the managed that. Surprisingly, the Engineer® was good.

I get the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ almost every time I have ordered from a Firehouse Subs. It is my favorite sandwich, but after today... I will not be able to order it again. The after taste was ... less than palatable. Definitely not worth $20.

I ordered my sandwich with extra pickle they did not put that in the order which they never do when I come into that location either. Sandwich has old soggy lettuce. Firehouse confirmed my order at 11:47 but they didnt have it ready until 12:29. Won't order from again an most likely won't come in again.
