Best deli sandwich in town. Meat is tender and piled high. Sandwich is juicy and delicious.

Order a large combo called and asked for hot sauce on the phone. They didn't send it after speaking with someone for like 5 minutes. Said they would write it down and put it in my bag right then. Didn't get the hot sauce. I ordered a large fountain drink but they sent a bottle of coke. Ordered spicy dill pickle chips but they sent regular. For over $30 for a sandwich and chips this is unacceptable.

Took forever to get my order. Called the store and they said nothing they could do, had a lot of tickets and I basically had to deal with it. The last time I went I waited inside the store and my order was sitting on a shelf behind the counter and no one knew it was there until I asked for it.

meats have had alot of fat on both sandwiches thepast few times. I always have complimented FH for their good meats. I hoped it was a fluke. But I guess not. seems like all restaurants are serving less quality, not just FH.

Waited for 30 minutes while my sandwiches got cold sitting on the counter behind the workers, because they didn't bother to read the whole receipt when I first came in. They also left off my macaroni and cheese. Very disappointed.
