Three things: 1. I ordered loaded potato soup and a salad, and they did not provide utensils.
2. The loaded potato soup is straight up false advertising. It's called "loaded potato soup," and then you have to pay a dollar extra to include any of the ingredients that make the soup "loaded." $1.20 for cheese???? for bacon????? When it should have been in the soup to begin with? Ridiculous.
3. It's clear that the extra ingredients are just chopped up and haphazardly thrown in the soup. Several bites were just pure long, stringy onion. I was really craving potato soup and didn't have time to go to a sit down place, so I braved firehouse subs soup. Please stick to sandwiches.

I've ordered here before. Today my order came and the Hook & Ladder.® had the raw onions I asked to be removed, and was missing my sautéed onions and the bacon I paid extra for. I'm disappointed. The Classic Deli Tuna Salad came with the onions I asked to be removed. Saddest part is the receipt shows all my requests they just were not adhered to.

Absolutely horrible. I received my doodash order and it was an incomplete sandwich. I ordered the engineer sub, which came on wheat when I ordered white, andthere was so turkey, mushrooms,or cheese.The sandwich only had lettuce and tomato with mayo. i was only refunded $4 after spending $20 on doordash. Doordash and Firehouse both shoold do better.
