For almost 6 additional dollars this Mac is some of the worst. Mealy, gritty, dry, noodles seem gluten free but aren't? Also half full container. Sandwich was mid and hella soggy but I think this is just the kind of sandwich place that doesn't travel well.

French Dip was disappointing, the aus jus tasted like it was a powder mix, slightly off & too salty. the garlic mushrooms I added were definitely tinned.I wouldn't recommend the French Dip Limited Time sandwich. The portion was very large and I hated to throw it away but it was not tasty.

The smoked brisket is the only thing I order. This location shaves it so thin that it makes me not want to order it as much as I would like. In Virginia, the amount of meat was more but I will pay for double the meat. It is how thinly shaved the beef is at this location. I will order it a again in a few months to see if it is more like the other 4 locations I order from. The flavor is very nice, with high-quality beef I like the texture of a normal slice.

Tried something different usually get the Italian sub, but I didn't see it! One of the better sandwiches I've had in a while. The vegetables were chopped kind of big, but I didn't mind because I could literally taste everything that I wanted on my sandwich. Def order again!

don't get me wrong, i am forever a fan of the Firehouse Meatball® and will always reorder that. but do yourself a favor and stay away from the Soups because whatever I got was not a creamy soup and was instead mostly broth with jalapeños (which i had added) and a strip of bacon (also added). not worth it and such a disappointment for a seven dollar cup of soup. boo, Firehouse.
