First time ordering from Firehouse, very impressed, ordered the Firehouse Meatball, was very delicious, bread is excellent spices were perfect.
Ordered brownie for dessert, was very tasty, nice and moist.

Both of the sandwiches had inedible amounts of mayo on them. You would take a bite, and globs or mayo would fall out. Because there was so much mayo, the bread was soggy and fell apart easily. In addition, the cheese on the beef and cheddar was melted to the side of the box and no more cheese was left on the sandwich. There was no bbq sauce on the beef and cheddar, and no Italian dressing on the Italian.

Order was incorrect. Asked for honey mustard on my Hook & Ladder, my husband couldn't chew/eat his roast beef sandwich. Also ordered cookies. Did not get 2 regular chocolate chip cookies; got 1 and another undetermined cookie, Both oatmeal cookies were very soft and 1 was in pieces. My favorite Hook & Ladder was delicious, but messy. Will be a long time before we order again if ever.

Chicken dumplings Soup was flavorful and hot. Meatball sub was best I've had in long time. Really good sauce. Good on price and quality of food. I'd order again.
