• 8/12/25Pretty sure I found my newest "go-to" sandwich. It is incredibly hard to find pastrami subs. I'm not talking about a Reuben but hot pastrami on a submarine roll. The one I had tonight brought back a wave of nostalgia from a small sandwich shop on the California coast that made pastrami sandwiches. It was DELICIOUS! Made exactly as I requested, full of flavor, a generous portion of pastrami...when I tell you how good it was, I hope you believe me. Great job to the Derby Firehouse crew, and thanks for the awesome Pastrami!

• 8/05/26The salad was great! My favorite is the Hook & Ladder salad with some modifications. Drew is so awesome. He makes sure that your order is exactly as you want it. He's very personable and a credit to the business.

• 21/09/24Sandwiches were good. Never got the expensive cookie that I paid for. But supposedly the order was checked for accuracy. Doubtful.
