Ordered a medium Hook & Ladder.® with everything on it and there was hardly any lettuce at all, maybe one tomato and half of an onion ring. The bun was cut unevenly as well. I love the subs but the quality at the Troy location isn't what it used to be. There is no standard or consistency.

Sandwich was cold and very light on the trimmings (lettuce, onions, etc). I've had much better.

I ordered a large to share with my husband, as we have done in the past. Not only was thre little beef, cheddar or barbe sauce, it was not warmed and served on a cold bun.
