first time having Firehouse,I was very surprised how good that brisket turned out; of course we made it into garlic bread as well. medium size was actually a perfect size, I really thought we would be hungry still afterwards.

the sandwich was tasty nice and fresh just didn't like the way it was soggy with lots of condiments amd full of salt.. 😢 I gave the other sandwich away because of this issue woulsdve love to have the other for dinner but is was too wet and salty i would recommend for the most part but maybe call and tell them light condiments.. Great meatball sub at a decent price for the size, this is my go to sandwich. I always appreciate it when it's BOGO

Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket The meat was bland, and neither sandwich had cheese. This Is a hard no from me.
