Good taste, BUT.... too expensive, sent wrong flavor of chips, didn't send drink.

I don't think they ever read the specifics of the order. This is my second time that completely got my order wrong. Gave me a Diet Coke instead of regular, didn't add toppings to my sub that I ordered and gave me a pickle that I specified not to include. I don't get it , just read the order then check that it's right

I requested and paid for extra meat and cheese (cheddar cheese). I couldn't even taste the cheese. I asked for ketchup for my fries and they gave me 1 ketchup pack. Very disappointing!!!

ordered Hook & Ladder special buy one get one free subs only received one sub store needs to double check orders before they leave the store
