The Hook &Ladder is my "usual" and their basic sub is how I always order with the exception being I prefer Swiss cheese which isn't an option, unfortunately. It's always fresh and the meat has good flavor. They don't skimp on the condiments or the toppings and they, too, are fresh and delicious. Their bread is a little lighter and flakier than most sub breads and I like that.

I erred in ordering the half Hook & Ladder® with double meat. Great sandwich! There was way too much for one. Next time I want to try the quarter sandwich. The Garlic Bread was very well flavored. The only fault I found was it could use more toasting. I like my garlic toast with a crunch to it. Overall opinion is that this definitely an order worth repeating.

I honestly feel the service fee totally depletes the "FREE" delivery fee and, in my opinion, is extremely misleading. I liked the food, and the portion size was plenty, but I won't be ordering delivery service from here anymore. I'll either pick it up or eat it there with family or friends.

Ordered a Kids Grilled Cheese. Not sure what we got but it sure didnt look like the picture on DoorDash. We got about 4 inches of sub bread, and bread was soft with some melted cheese in the middle. Not the same as what we got last time we ordered thjs....
