• 13/07/25Hook & Ladder was excellent. I got it with no tomato, white garlic bread, and with a side of large fries. The bread was fresh and delicious, the sandwich itself was really tasty. Fries were nice and crispy. This was my second time ordering and I would definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend.

• 18/06/25Ordered again after a late shift and still great!! The Triple Stack is bomb and was not soggy at all. The Bowl Firehouse Chili was pretty bad though haha as someone who likes chili it was inedible. Sandwich was a 10/10 though and won't judge them on 9 pm chili.

• 25/01/26My first time trying FHS was a 10+ experience. The grilled chicken sandwich was fire and the side salad was a great side. Portion size was great for both items. I'll definitely be eating here again

• 27/12/25The Firehouse Salad was very good however their amount of dressing they give you in thumbnail size I used my own dressing. Cup Potato Soup was lukewarm and really had very little taste even with added cheese. Chili was not good either.
