$13 is a lot for one sandwich with no drink or side. The flavor is good and the portion is ok . Did not receive my pickle. Food was ready early

Not sure what has happened lately to firehouse but there was next to no meat on either sandwich we ordered. My Hook & Ladder® was tiny and mostly bread these sandwiches used to be so full even a medium used to be more than enough. Extremely disappointed.

The firehouse hero is delicious, I highly recommend. The portions of meat and vegetables was just right!

Horrible. Not edible. Not their normal today. Nothing. From the bread to all ingredients was fresh. Even the pickles were dry and looked old. Meat and bread were old. The potato soup was brown and too thick. That a lot of $ that just went into the trash.

I orderedmonteray jack cheese. it showed for 1.50. not sure whyI did not get.also there was barley any cheddar cheuse sauce if any.as u can seeby photo the end of one side of the sandwich was also Burnt!!
