On Time in every way! Tasty take on Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub. This one was a lil extra toasty, and it was so good. Added onions and green peppers...Will order again. Hook & Ladder.® is always tasty for my pallet. Love their pickles. Soups. was good. The soup bowl size was packed and the extra onions, cheese and bacon were all fresh and tasty, the portion was impressive.

• 15/12/24I'm never sure what will arrive anymore. This time my bread was toasted so hard it was hard to bite into. The ingredients were all there, this time. For some reason the online order will mark that all you want is meat but that's not the case. All and all, it was a plentiful sub but just really hard bread.

• 11/06/26These are deliciously battered fries. They are big like steak fries and crispy like crinkle cut. The hero sauce is amazing.

• 10/05/26I have tried the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ three times since it was added back to the menu (because it used to be my go-to sub) but I am sad to say I have been disappointed every time...too much mayo slopped everywhere, too little BBQ sauce, and too little cheese. There's no love in the craftsmanship or content.
