The italian sub was quite good, but it did not taste like an italian sub. It tasted more like a ham sub, as it had about 12 slices of ham on it, and 2 slices each of pepperoni and salami. Less ham and more pepperoni and salami would have been better.

The order was delivered quickly, but not correct. The sandwiches were in boxes that were too small, so boxes were not closed and sandwiches were hanging out. The Veggie sandwich had none of the cheese and barely any of the veggies that were supposed to be on it. It only had mushrooms and mayo on it and for some reason bacon? The Club on a Sub™had ingredients missing also. Disappointing. We usually enjoy the food at Firehouse.

I know yall are sick of me ordering ToT I'm sorry LOL. But imma be real, my Italian sandwich was super dry and had like half the meat it usually does. We all have our bad days though. The one I ate the other day was sublime so imma come back. But dang it was sad to eat this time lmao

Smoked Turkey Breast
Only had meat on oneside of sandwich. And they did not check for proper condiments on sandwich.
Also had enough mayonnaise to make ten to fifteen sandwiches.
This is a sign of extremely poor management..
I hope you do better for your regular customers.
I will not waste my money on this place again.
