• 2 days agoWe did not get both beverages that we ordered and paid for. The bag from Firehouse had 2 stickers, which stated it was double-checked *(New York Steamer Kids Grilled Cheddar Cheese Combo ) for accuracy, yet no drinks were delivered with the order. I paid for Combo meal, so I was overcharged.
I called to speak to a manage. was told to call tomorrow at 11am. Was told they didn't have bottle drinks,, and sometimes they get busy and forget the drinks. Was told I should contact DoorDash and get a credit.

• 16/03/26The description says that it comes with pepper jack cheese, they didn't put any cheese on it and on DoorDash it was only an option to add EXTRA Cheese for an EXTRA price.
Why would i pay extra for something that's supposed to come on the sandwich anyway according to the description.

• 18/07/25I ordered from here today (7/18/2025) and they got my order wrong again. I can't have mayo due to an allergy and of course they put mayo on my sandwich. This isn't the first time this has happened either!

• 21/11/25For them to prepare the meal it took longer than expected. I asked for a pickle slice, and it was a sliver, and I didn't even get my complementary cookie.
