• 1/02/25LOVE a good Hook & Ladder®! I personally get honey mustard instead of the deli mustard and it is a GAME CHANGER. Clearly the camera did not get to eat first lol. The 50% off for ordering through DoorDash was nice too.

• 17/02/25I was so excited when Fire House Subs came here. I used to eat there often when I lived in Jacksonville. I loved it. This sandwich was so disappointing. It had so much mayo on it the buns kept sliding apart. And every bite tasted like nothing but mayo. I couldn't taste the mustard. They left my cucumber off. I asked for banana peppers. There very few. The first half I ate only had one. I knew as soon as I saw it I wasn't going to like it. Not happy! Waste of money.

• 5/02/26My sandwich was burned put a photo on door dash you could smell it before you took a bite what a waste it wasn't a can drink it was a bottle that was hot
