I always love firehouse however I feel like whoever made my food today chose anger when they packaged my fries. If I knew I was getting 10 fries for $6 bucks I would have chosen hunger instead. Sub was good as always.... fry station needs some improvements.

not as I expected. The bread is so soft it couldn't hold everything inside. There's no gravy on the side ( I know it's up to availability). That's why I ordered it when they just opened. The cranberry sauce was so little that it tasted nothing. I had to put some of my sauce to make it taste better. The meat is plentiful however it's not tasety in general.

This is usually my favorite place to go for subs for many years. The last two times the Italian sub has just been not that great. Put together like a mess. I don't know what happened, but I wish they would do it the way they advertise it and the way it used to be, because honestly, there was nothing better sub place out there!

Delivery made it in good time.
Sadly, I thought I upgraded the bread to garlic bread, but it was just the white bun, and no garlic bread came in the order. The sub had very little cheese and could have used some more BBq sauce.
Didn't get the pickle spear.
We ordered a Large Fries and we got a note they were out of fries and sent 3 bags of chips instead. I would have preferred a refund for the fries.
The Firehouse Salad was good but we received 2 very small containers of dressing, made for a bland salad.
The order was close to closing time, so I think the order was rushed and they turned off the fries machine early.
Anyhoo, they could have done better.
Not sure I would risk ordering again.

Thanksgiving Sub's were both soaked in gravy all over the box. There was almost no gravy in the sides as well.
