With so many sub companies opening I kind of forget just how good firehouse is this particular location is incredible and it blew away any of the competition

Steak & Cheese Melt was o.k. but expected steak not Philly Cheese Steak. It was $24.00 so expected steak.
Veggie was horrible. More condiments than veggies. Mac and cheese was Velvta with extra cheese melted on top.
will not order again.
We paid much more than listed below.

I order the Turkey bacon ranch often. There was way too much lettuce. lots of it landed on the carpet. The turkey appeared to be shaved rather than sliced. This sandwich did not measure up to what I get from your company.

I ordered a veggie sub. I got a sub with no dressing on it at all; entirely way too much mushrooms, lettuce & green peppers when I ordered all the toppings. Waste of your money do not order here. See picture ; that was just the EXTRA mushrooms I picked off of ONE half.

The Italian sub may be the best sub I've ever had. The fries were perfectly cooked with a delicious dipping sauce
