Food is always great 10/10 but every time I say no veggies I always get veggies :(

Paid extra to upgrade to the white meat chicken. The texture was really tough/ hard and dry. Avacado had black spots all over. This was def yesterday's chicken rewarmed. Old avacado. Not what you would expect, especially when one chicken bowl delivered from DoorDash including tip was $37.00
Im stuck in the office today and wanted something fresh and healthy, which is why I overlooked the cost. But now that it's here im not even able to eat it. No choice but to throw it in the trash. Never again!

The steak bowl was horrible! It was mostly inedible, unbelievably chewy and wayyyyy to much fat on the meat. If I wanted a fatty steak, I would go to a steakhouse, not to a "healthy" fast food chain.

Normally the bowls are great, I get them all the time but I got all the parts with cartilege and pieces with burnt parts. This also tastes like an older batch.

My bowl was really good but this is the second time ive ordered and they've ignored my request of no vegtables and then when i chose my hot sauce to be regular hot sauce i received EXTRA hot sauce and didnt notice until i took a bite other than that happening it was good !
