Order from here all the time (at least 50+ orders) but recently quality has gone downhill & customer service has been a sub-par. Normally when I do a DoorDash pickup I ask for extra veggies when I walk in & the owner has absolutely no problem with that, and never charges me extra. I'm there at least once a week. There's a new young man working who isn't friendly & looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for extra veggies in my bowl. Also, sometimes I'll have it delivered and the last 3 times the teriyaki sauce cups have only been half filled and one of those times there were NO veggies at all in my bowl. Last night, there were at least 4-5pieces of chicken in both NAE Chicken Bowl (41g+ Protein) that were inedible (chewy & hard). This was my go to easy & still healthy dinner spot but unfortunately I may need to find a new go-to spot

i've ordered from here a few times and i've never had such a bad bowl. there was barely any rice and barley any veggies. honestly i think there was maybe 4 small pieces of broccoli, 3 tiny carrots, and 3 pieces of cabbage. so disappointing

The portion sizes are bueno. The service is immaculate. I'm consistently pleasantly surprised at their habitual commitment to service and quality.

The beef and chicken were burnt badly. Nearly black. Smells like charcoal. Absolutely terrible.

I love Flame Broiler however I order 1/2 rice and 1/2 cabbage but it was all with rice.
I pay extra for sauce and in the past not received all of the sauce. Today I did , I just find they are not consistent when filling my orders.
The flavor however is so good, if able to go pick up orders these things that have happened would not be a problem. It's always in following instructions for delivery not the flavor of the food.
