Food was well packaged. Bread was nice and soft and fresh . Very filling and satisfying.
Only thing I didn't like were the curly fries.
Overall the Philadelphia Cheese Steak (Regular) + 1 Side was delicious .

This was my first time ordering from Flanigan’s through DoorDash cause I usually eat at the restaurant. This is what I received. I immediately contacted Flanigan’s via email and the response I got is that they don't take any responsibility because my order was done via DoorDash and if I wanted a refund, I needed to contact DoorDash. Well, DoorDash did not burned my ribs, Flanigan's did and even worse, packed them and sent them out like that. I'm trying to escalate this issue so Flanigan's take responsibility. Please advise

Wings were undercooked, some where done and some where not done , it's the inconsistency of not cooking the food to it's fullest potential. The wings were still embedded with feathers, the rice was bland and tasteless . The ribs was nothing but fatty, but they were flavorful. Again this location needs to slow done , read notes and make sure packaging is properly done , season the food accordingly and have better greeting skills. I'll give this location a 4/10 .

The cheese sticks had sauce all over them as is the sauce might have exploded. The chicken wings didn't really taste like much with out the sauce. Not even the garlic on top tasted fresh.
