I added avocado and cucumber to the sweet potato roll. Both it and the gyoza was top tier! The many flavors and textures bursting into mouth was more than satisfying. I'm still thinking about it and considering ordering it again tonight. Lol

I have enjoyed many meals at Fuji Yama and in my opinion it is the best in the area. The food is always well prepared and presented in a most pleasing fashion. Whether ordering for delivery, or sitting in the restaurant, it always shows the same quality and presentation to make you appreciate the attention to detail by the staff. Excellent food!!

Crab tasted old and cheap, and spicy tuna roll wasnt good either. Portions were small as well. Not worth the money.

The H27. Hibachi Fried Rice taste spoiled but the H28. Hibachi Noodles were spot on. They usually have the best food so I will not order this late in the day again. The portion size was decent.

The 10. Crispy Calamari was so cold, hard and not edible. The portion was shameful, 9pieces???? Totally disappointed and a waste of my hard earned money. Will not order again. The R23. Rock N Roll was fine.
