The wings were n both flavours were no where near the usual standard, they tasted just cooked and very poor quality, we purchase the same minimum once a week and this was by far the worst quality we have ever had and the rice dish was completely different to usual with very little beef, unbalanced flavour compared to usual, overall the meal went from a consistent 8/10 to 4/10.

The worst burger experience I’ve had from Gami Chicken.
There were two chicken patties in the burger, and the difference between them was shocking. The top patty was clearly not fresh, it had a sour smell and was extremely hard and rubbery, while the other patty looked completely different. I’m uploading photos of both patties so you can see the difference yourself.
I ordered this while at work expecting a decent meal, but receiving chicken that smelled sour and had such a terrible texture is honestly unacceptable. I’ve never experienced this from Gami Chicken before, which makes this even more disappointing.
Please take this seriously and review how the chicken is being stored and prepared at this branch. I would also expect a **full refund** for this order, as the burger was not reasonably edible.
Never ordering from this branch again.

Was conflicted after reading the reviews because the Gami in the city is my favourite spot but I gave it a shot anyways and me and my boyfriend were really surprised. They have definitely listened to the feeback they have been receiving because the packaging for everything was well ventilated so the food didnt go soggy especially the Gami Chips (3042 kJ) . Everything was still hot and fresh when we received our food and it was raining heavily too!! The only things I would have is the size of the Wings 10pcs (4160 kJ) have gone down in size by a lot which is disappointing because thats what I loved the most about their wings. Its giving malnourished chicken

This was the second time I've been here and both times were awful.
I thought I'd give them another chance as I usually like Gami Chicken, and I ordered at a different time on a different day of the week, but it was even worse.
Both sauces on the The Classic Boneless (7438 kJ) were bitter and gross, and this is a dish I get at other Gami Chickens a lot. The Kimchi pancake (2541 kJ) was floury and soggy and the pickled radish that I'd ordered on the side was actually off.
I spent $89.89 in total here only for disappointment and regret.
Other Gami Chicken places are good - they're usually a safe bet. But not this one. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
