everything was nice, the only things stopping a 5 star is the gravy which was a salty jelly, the Crab Stick and Potato Fritters were yum but a bit soft and floppy rather than crispy and they didn't cut up the chicken but regardless it was a really good meal

schnitzel was good and thick, but crumbs fell off and was extremely soggy as it was under the chips. the gravy was like a jelly consistency and was very beige in colour.Chicken Schnitzel Pack

The butterfish was nice but really soggy. You couldn't pick it up without the batter falling off. Maybe punch some holes in the box for the steam to release. The potato fritter was nice

Paid extra for cheese on the Breast Fillet Burger didn't get it and no mayo on it either. Asked for lemon squash got sprite. Chips seemed over done or oil needs changing. Gravy tasted very watery and couldn't eat it. Calamari and tartare was good but in the end very disappointing for the second time in a row now.

Worst food I've ever had, I don't even know how u can mess up chicken shop food so bad. The gravy was jelly and a light brown colour - tasted like salty water. Chicken pack was so small and rubber, the peas were hard??? Chips had no salt, why were my chips and gravy in a pool of horrible jelly?? Well done on the can of sprite though, delicious.
