The packaging was great, came in a secure box. The blended drink was great. The purple drink tasted a bit off than normal.

I get coffee from gravity every day. Most days I give five stars, but today I have to give for possibly three. It seems my blended drink had too much ice added to it before blending so there was no flavor.

Does not seem to understand allergen restrictions; have sent alternative milk and regular milk coffees unlabeled; sent regular coffee when decaf was ordered without warning; added sugar free to wrong orders. Pretty poor service....

I will have say gravity coffee is by far the best coffee around here. For the most part the coffees and shakes are made correctly. Sometimes they miss the added ingredients though.
