• 5/08/22The Santa Barbara Char is BOMB. I added bacon and asked for extra pickles, and they delivered on both. They also gave me *6* spicy sauces for the spicy tempura green beans, which were also insanely yummy; I used it with the green beans and the Santa Barbara Char. Again...BOMB. I've yet to taste the Green Salad, but it's loaded and looks fresh. Very impressed with this joint, will def order again.

• 10/12/23incredibly disappointing the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich its overpriced, did not have any spice and lacked a lot of flavor. I probably could have gotten a cheaper similar tasting one at KFC. And the Onion Rings fortunately we're very dry . There's a lot of inconsistency when I've ordered and unfortunately this will be my last.

• 7/04/25Everything was fine except for the single Charburger. I asked that the sautéed onions, shredded lettuce, and tomatoes be omitted, and I asked to add raw onion. Then I asked for the bun to be remove the bun and substitute it with a lettuce wrap. Well, the raw onions never made it to my order, the lettuce wrap for the very first time was not drowning in water like they normally do, however if you look at the picture you'll see brown on the lettuce that is disgusting and going bad. I ended up removing the iceberg lettuce and eating it with a fork and knife. It's not like you couldn't notice the lettuce, I call it laziness on the employees part as they shouldn't have put that in any customers order.

• 23/09/25Burger was well done instead of medium. Burger bun top was burned. Not the quality I am used to from Habit Burger.
