The food was absolutely delicious!! Onion rings were crunchy and the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Club was amazing! I appreciated the care taken in my packaging, with the container for the sandwich and the sealed soda. Thank you.

love the Santa Barbara Char burger. good and juicy. plenty of fresh avocado and toppings. could eat tons of the crispy onion rings(that are minus added salt). my go to burger place. reasonably priced too.

I order the Classic Family CharBox for my coworkers. The food tasted old and dry and of very poor quality. It wasn't sealed neither. I definitely won't order again.

Very small (flat) piece of chicken. I've never seen a chicken sandwich that had it almost look like a Smashburger chicken and for $22. It was not a good value.
