I'm always on the hunt for solid Halal platters in my city, from food trucks, stores, and restaurants. I didn't realize there was a new Halal place right in my neighborhood. I ordered the Loaded Fries With Lamb And Chicken, as other Halal joints never have this as an option with their fries. The French fries replaces the rice that usually comes with it. The flavor hits you as soon as you take that first bite. The seasoned fries, with the chicken and lamb, and can't forget the white sauce, undefeated combo. The flavors in the proteins were just as good as the ones from Halal trucks. I'm looking forward to trying more of their other platter options. Halal Express has placed in my top 5 of go to Halal Spots!

The chicken and rice were fresh, flavorful, and moist (not dry like halal carts). The sauce was well balanced, and the portion size was sufficient. I would definitely order from Halal Express again.

Ordered the lamb over rice. Added chickpeas and lettuce. Ordered it last night, barely any lettuce. As in there's only a few pieces. I ordered it again tonight cause the sauce hits but it's almost ALL rice. Like there's legit barely any meat. And no lettuce. At all. There is a lot of chickpeas. So basically got chickpea rice with sprinkles of meat. i'm not gonna lie the taste is good though. But for the value of it, im give it a thumbs down cause this is the second time i tried it and the second time i didn't get what i asked for. I haven't eaten in legit 24hrs so i devoured it so there's no pictures.

Chicken Over Rice : they changed the packaging, now they provide only 60% of what they used to maybe a month ago. you will not be full, not worth the price anymore
