I've always loved Hard Rocks Cobb Salad and I add Tupelo Dippers to the salad! The salad is very tasty and the corn is a different twist. It's a huge size, the ingredients are fresh and I love that the cherry tomatoes are already sliced🥳

The cheese with the pretzel was the consistency of water. The children's meal was just thrown in a container without even the veggies and it's cold. I waited for over an hour after they said it would be ready.

Mac and cheese was nearly non existent, no sauce and few noodles. brownie was hard as a rock, couldn't ever cut it with a fork or slice it at all. chicken was full of fat and most not edible.

The restaurant was closed for a private event, so I had to wait a while for my order since it didn't go through at first. However, upon receiving my food it was delicious & made fresh! Portions were more than I realized. I would order again!

Poor service with my pick up order. Placed an order for pick up with a time-frame of 30 minutes, showed up right as the app is saying order is ready to blank stares at the hostess desk and was told they're bringing it from the back. Stood there for 10 minutes before asking what's up and had to pry it out of them that the order was being made while I waited cause the "DoorDash screen is busted." After almost 20 minutes my order is brought up front and I'm offered a weak sorry about that. I asked if they were going to credit anything for wasting my time and was told no we don't do that, you'll have to go to DoorDash. Failed service with an attitude at the Hard Rock Cafe.
