I understand advertising picture looks different from the actual product however the loaded omelette biscuit was absolutely pitiful sloppy put together there was hardly any product on it whatsoever. And then my bacon and cheese biscuit had egg on it with no cheese. I really used to like Hardee's but the quality control is really gone down I'm disappointed highly disappointed.

All the food was old seemed like it was deep fried twice or in old oil the tomatoes weren't even ripe that were on my sandwiches they were white and green in color. The double cheeseburger was old and the meat was dry. Worst order I've gotten from Hardee's in a long time.

my biscuit was still raw in the middle, eggs burnt and so we're hash browns..... worst I have ever gotten from here for sure.

Missing the up charge cheese...paid for swissbecause they don't substitute cheese for cheese. So no American paid $1.65 for Swiss but no cheese on burger . Fries were super old.
