I love hardees biscuits and gravy. It's my favorite and I been adding ham whichis so good. First time tho I didnt get my orange juice i ordered and i didnt get my slices of ham either :(

I ordered curly fries, got regular. We ordered a regular ham and cheese and a big ham and cheese, they were the same size. And the chicken piece was small and not cooked evenly. The meal was just okay. Not Hardees best. None of this could be helped by door dash. We have good experiences with door dash.

Chicken was undercooked, Hashbrowns were under cooked. They literall had 1 piece of ham on the frisco and the bread was burnt. Ive never been so disappointed with hardees.

my biggest issue was the portion size. it had been a while since I had been to a Hardee's and to me there was definitely smaller portion size. little things like the sausage and biscuits being smaller and the biscuit sandwiches.

so much for extra icing - everytime I have to ask for extra only to NOT get it.
