the chicken sandwiches I ordered were supposed to be plain but they gave me promo sandwiches and they were uncooked. the patty inside was a light pink and the texture was almost crunchy.

Hash browns were super hard like they'd been sitting all night. Steak biscuit wasn't even chewable

The fries were stale and hard as a brick, and some of them had this awful chemical taste like a disinfectant. The Hardee's Frisco® and milkshake were very good, though.

The burgers were old and the bacon tasted like it was cooked the day before. Sandwiches were so dry and hard to eat. Both sandwiches was so dry. No freshness whatsoever. Will not order again.
