the chicken Ranch Tender Wrap was good, but small. The ham sandwich was good as always.

I got a sausage biscuit with egg. The biscuit was hard and the sausage was dried up. The food is usually good, the prices are too high for poor quality.

The biscuit was very hard, and the cinnamon bun was mushy and crammed into the box. Normally, I rate Hardees as a 5 star, but not this time.

French toast stick were burnt and the Blueberry Biscuit was hard as a rock couldn't even bite into it, very disappointed with my food a waste of money.

I don't know if they hired new management and people but they just can't seem to get it right. Last time I ordered, the biscuit was not fully cooked. Today they didn't even put everything that goes on the biscuit. smh
