This was my first time ordering and everything was delicious! It's very rare to find Nepali dishes like Kothay Vegetable Momo at restaurants and they taste just how I remember. The Masala Fries were crispy and well spiced and the Malai Kofta was my favorite.

This is my second time having Himalayan Bistro and it is one of my favorite restaurants in the area! Dining in the portions are a little larger, I feel, but nonetheless it's delicious! The Butter Chicken Masala is great as always and we tried the Shrimp Tikka Masala this time which was also so good. As a vegetarian, I get the Paneer Korma which is my personal favorite. You must get the Garlic Naan , too! My only negative is that the spicy gauge seems to be different depending on the day-- on our first visit, medium was quite spicy and this time ordering online it was very mild. Just be clear about how spicy you want in the notes.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! The restaurants at the food court just never miss. Everything was so flavorful, fresh, bright and savory. The Vegetable Samosa was absolutely stuffed and yet light and flaky. The lentils were flavorful and spicy (I ordered medium spice and would even say it was a little low on the spice level for me). Id never eaten Chicken Jhol Momo before but it was one of the best dishes ive ever had. Cant rate this restaurantwith enough stars!! Order from them!! This is the kinda food that makes you wanna take a happy, long nap after eating.
Only complaint is that they ddint provide utensils, which is fine if youre in a place where you can eat with your hands, but I was at work unfortunately lol managed to scrounge up a spoon but yeah. I hope they keep their prices affordable because the food is so amazing.

First time trying it and im glad I went with this choice so good I love the Butter Chicke Masalan so flavorful the chicken was cooked to perfection it was delicious the Vegetable Samosa was also good a little spicy for those who dont like spice but it was so good and stuffed. The Mango Lassi absolutely loved it wasnt cold how i would preper but definitely taste amazing I still drank it. I recommend this restaurant and I will be ordering from here again. Thank you for such great food!

Butter Chicken Masala has some great flavor and the Sweet Corn Soup was new to me and my fav so far slight spice with the sweetness of the corn. I can never get enough Garli Naanc though. 10/10.
