• 17/02/23Mac and meat (brisket) Mac was good, brisket was not great, it seemed to have sat out all day. Fatty and stringy or tough as nails, no happy medium to be found. Mac has decent flavor. fried Mac balls are giant, but lack seasoning of any kind as well as sauce to dip. Brisket Sandwhich was as good as you could hope for, if you were talking about a plant based alternative.
