I've always had a good ordering experience with Hong Yip. Food is good, and customer service is always good. It's been one of my favorite restaurants for years in Lake City. I recommend trying those Crab Meat Rangoons with the Sweet and Sour Sauce. It is my favorite appetizer before eating the Sesame Chicken meal. Good food!

The crab H6. Fried Crab Stick (10) (Imitation)is so delightful!Has the perfect crunch. The Singapore Mei Fun or any of their Mei Fun dinners ar delicious!Good fresh savory flavor, the noodles and veggies have such a delightful texture and cooked perfectly. No Soy Sauce needed! and they give you plenty of food❤️10/10 for me! 😊

the Singapore Mei Fun has too much curry IMO but not bad all around, the portion is pretty good, well with in the price point, came to me hot, and as for order again maybe not this dish specifically but I would be willing to check out the other dishes they have, 1. Egg Roll (1) seems like its lacking in flavor, tbh not a fan of it.

Ordered the 4. Crab Meat Rangoon (5) (Imitation) and 36. House Special Lo Mein and both seemed to be overcooked. The chicken and shrimp in the lo mein were slimy, noodles were cooked too long. Crab Rangoon was cooked so long it was dark brown and shattered like glass when I bit into it.

The food was amazing. 63. General Tso's Chicken (Quart) was superb and still crispy when it got here. 79. Steam Mixed Vegetables (Pint) were perfectly cooked and fresh and the sauce was excellent. was amazing! So spicy and perfect with lots of good stuff in the broth!
