Food was exactly how I ordered. Thank you for the great service. Y'all made a pregnant lady happy. My husband said his Buffalo Chicken Tacos were awesome! My Twisted Texas Melt was mouth watering!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to share it.
I ordered through DoorDash from Hooters, and the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. My boneless wings were burnt to a crisp, completely dry, and had no sauce on them at all. I also ordered the Buffalo shrimp, and they arrived with no Buffalo sauce whatsoever. The curly fries were overcooked and burnt as well.
On top of that, my order was missing the coleslaw entirely. The only items that were correct were the celery and the 2-ounce ranch dressing.
What concerns me even more is that the bag wasn’t sealed with tamper-evident tape and didn’t have a receipt attached to identify the order. Whether that contributed to the missing items or not, it’s not the level of care I expect from a restaurant preparing delivery orders.
This wasn’t just one mistake—it was multiple quality control issues in a single order. Before this meal left the kitchen, someone should have noticed that the wings and fries were burnt, that two menu items were missing their signature sauces, and that an entire side dish was absent.
I hope management addresses these issues with the kitchen staff because this experience did not reflect the quality or attention to detail that customers should expect. Unfortunately, after spending nearly $50, this meal was not enjoyable, and I can’t recommend ordering from this location based on my experience.

The chicken 5pc Tenders & Waffle Fries were so overcooked and hard I couldn't eat most of them. And the fries had so much salt on them they were almost inedible from that that alone.
The picture is of what I couldnt eat after I picked out the edible pieces.
Also, they sent ranch instead of blue cheese on both the tenders and boneless wings.
This is really surprising because I've had their food many times and it had always been very good.

While the order was correct, it wasn't great. The "curly" fries were stale and largely consisted of end pieces. I had only two fries that were technically curly. The burger itself was great. The cheese sauce doesn't come with any added ingredients but this time there was a bunch of junk in the cheese sauce. While the 3mile sauce and the Ghost pepper sauce had great heat, they were entirely too salty. I would say the burger itself and the accuracy of the order were the only good things about this order. This Hooters apparently needs to set higher standards with their kitchen staff.

The LARGE salad was not impressive for $13.50 and got five nuggets and lettuce in a 1/2 size container. All the rest was good
