The large whopper meal & BBQ cheese meal were well prepared & presented. The cappuccino with almond milk & 1/2 strength was prepared exactly as requested and really delicious as always. The food was too much for two people but the pets enjoyed the left overs. Recommend highly.

Is this Loaded Gravy Chips? It seems like a small size of chips with sprinkles of gravy! I'm disappointed ! Plus the Iced Coffee wasn't look like good. No straw provided.

Chips were not seasoned and only half full burger tasted greasy and old. Also the drink was not secured which spilled all over the bag and burger.

Ordered Spicy Jack's Fried Chicken Value Meal and Grilled Chicken Value Meal but didn't get Spicy Jack's Fried Chicken Value Meal instead they give us two Grilled Chicken Value Meal and there's no dipping sauce on 5 Jack's Fried Chicken Southern Style Tenders.
Quite disappointed with the service. And try to contact them but unable to reach out.

Missing sauce, less fries (ordered large meal). Paper carry bag wasn't sealed properly, who knows what happened.
