At least 3 times I've selected no boba on their signature milk tea but ended up with boba in my drink. Literally says 'NO boba' on the label stuck to the cup but the drink has boba. Not sure why they can't just read the label and make the drink accordingly

The K4 Fresh Mango Sago Dessert showed chunks of fresh mango and had "fresh mango" in the name, but there was none...just the liquid and sago.

The boba tea tasted good, but the tapioca has a weird burnt aftertaste
