overall I enjoyed the food at Ichibon! The D4. Akai Spicy included a nice amount of food and was very well seasoned. The tofu was cooked absolutely wonderfully in the dish and it was beyond expectations. I also quite enjoyed the A22. Vegetable Gyoza, the dipping sauce was very nice and it was a nice side.

This was one of the best meals I've had in a really long time. The order was fresh, hot, packaged neatly, and we had more than enough for us to have multiple plates. I'd order all of the items again, especially the A6. Tempura

Absolutely fantastic!!! The Ichiban Dinner Box was great! The Crab Rangoon(4) were prefection, great balance of flavor and crunch! The Tempura Cheesecake was a new and exciting try, had a tempura shell that crucnhed and then meet with a soft and creamy center of the cheesecake highly recommend!

I don't do reviews on DooeDash, however, the food I received from Ichiban was so ridic delicious that I just have to. The A21. Crab Rangoon (4) were delicious, a lot of places in the Bangor area have Rangoons that are just far too sweet, but these were perfect. The Ichiban Dinner Box came with a ridiculous amount of food, the Pork Katsu was very savory, and the included sauce was a unique flavor. The Miso soup was not overly salty, the dressing that topped the salad was very unique, I've never had anything like it before and it was this sort of savory umami flavor, very good! 

Here's my experience summed up in one sentence: I ordered from Ichiban expecting another slightly different version of the same things I've had at other places, and instead I got a very distinct and more real tasting take on everything I ordered.

The Nabeyaki Udon is pure comfort food, especially on cold winter days. Despite the names, the Halloween maki is fantastic year round and the sunset is perfect at lunch. Ichiban has never failed me in the nearly twenty years I have been going/ordering. They are good enough to have chopsticks on reserve for my personal use and I say that about nowhere  but here.
