Best ramen I've ever hard honestly. The chicken was so crispy in the chicken Fuji Tonkotsu Chicken Ramen and there was a lot of it. New go to ramen spot

The salmon roll and avocado roll were both very good. The salmon in the salmon/avocado combined roll did not seem to be as high quality as the salmon in the salmon roll; the color of the salmon was entirely different and much paler.

Got the spicy salmon roll - couldn't tell there was any fish in it. Seemed like the filling was just crunchy fried stuff. Not at all like sushi. Not spicy either.
