overall the food was fair. the only thing I was able to eat, were the pancakes and bacon. The eggs were overcooked, and the hashbrowns were dark on the outside, yet undercooked on the inside. I don't think I will be ordering delivery for this location. It's a shame, how in most cases the quality of the food is overlooked, when ordering delivery.

Breakfast from IHOP was cooked in disgusting stale grease. The smell alone was a put off, do better, over $6 for a side of crispy potatoes that's inedible.

The only thing tat was edible was the  the steak was a frozen piece of meat that was fried.  There was no gravy for the steak hash browns were completely burnt so the only thing I ate was the eggs and pancakes I use ihop frequently and I will never order this again

These World-Famous Pancake Combo were available as a buy 1 get 1 free deal on DD so I had to give them a try! I ordered a short stack of the Cinnamon pancakes, and a short stack of the blueberry pancakes. With sunny side up eggs, bacon, and sausage. I didn't know that they would come with hash browns so that is a plus! Taste pretty good, definitely freshly made, and I would order them again!
