The to-go boxes are pro. The only issue was that the food had cooled off quite a bit by the time I got it (it's delivery, and I don't expect it to be piping hot but the food was a little too cooled-down), but because of the fantastic to-go boxes, that was easily solved in a microwave all at once for a few seconds (the boxes stack and fit into each other). They didn't miss a thing, all sides - butter, syrup, ketchup, utensils, and napkins - were all in there. The sandwich and fries were tasty, and the bacon and pancakes were delicious! I felt like they took care of me, and I will definitely order delivery from IHOP again, thanks!!

was so excited to have this early morning breakfast while watching the finals of the Australian open, got to us cold and small portion of hash browns and the Build Your Own Omelette+ wasnt filled and just had my add-ins laying on the top... just not worth $20

Got the bacon temptation omelet without sauce and tomatoes and it was made as ordered! Good amount of food for the price I paid (got bogo with doordash deal). Their to-go containers are really good at keeping the food warm! I did not receive the syrup caddy flavors I ordered just the plain syrup in prepackaged container but whatever I used maple syrup from my fridge anyway, would order again with a bogo!

Took forever to make the food and the Original Buttermilk Pancakes - (Short Stack) were tough and leathery and over cooked. The eggs were okay but the hash browns were also disgusting. They had a weird grainy texture and were coated in crisco or something that wasn't fully melted (or maybe just congealed ?)

Very disappointed this order. Always get a great Colorado omelette and this one was made to order...great. But it seems the burgers have gone "downhill". Usually thick, juicy, lots of onion, tomato, IHOP sauce...not this one. Was DRY, HARDLY ANY BEEF, dry bun, little sauce or tomato., just slapped together. Never expected it since I have always had good luck since they started advertising their burgers. Live and learn....stick to the breakfast foods and you won't get "burnt".
