We get the burger with cheese and chicken tenders. Both are always tasty, and hot.

I had a beautiful and delicious spinach and tomato omlet which was very cold and needed a warm up in the microwave.  I was disappointed that my hat chocolate was missing; it was a $5 loss.  Two slices of bacon were also good.  Toast was also cold and not buttered.  But the omelette made up for a lot.

I have ordered multiple times with no issues. Placed a small order this morning at 0908 & took over an hour to deliver. Had gone through 2 dashers; the 3rd was kind enough to inquire to the manager & he went back & prepared my order. The grits were the worst, lumpy & appeared not fresh. It may be awhile I order again thru DoorDash from IHOP again. So disappointed for such a small order. Short stack & grits.

Patty melt and onion rings dripping grease, completely inedible. Pancakes overcooked, sausage undercooked. Even the milkshake ($7+) wasn't any good.

This is a $25 T-bone steak medium rare and eggs over medium?? 
How disgusting and highway robbery! I can't eat a shoe leather over cooked steak and hard cooked eggs. Beyond disappointing- stop serving food that you clearly don't know how to cook! I want my money back!
